Process

Step 1: Welcome

First up, meet your trainer for a 60-minute consultation. Together, you’ll set short-term and long-term goals that you’ll be crushing in no time.

During the consultation, you’ll take part in a fitness evaluation, where your trainer will assess your experience level, as well as your posture and movement. These are the essential foundations of a strong regimen.
When the 60 minutes are up, you’ll walk away with your personalised programme; a food plan and fitness routine that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Nutrition

Step 2: Wellness

We’re not about fad diets. Your trainer will create a food plan that’s achievable and effective, making it easy to stick to healthy eating habits.

Education is everything. Prepare to see nutrition in a new light with the tips, tricks and advice you’ll pick up from your trainer.

Strength

Step 3: Workouts

You’ve got this. Get in the studio for bespoke workouts, focused around full- body toning, calorie-torching weight training that helps you feel stronger.

Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, we’ll put you through your paces with personalised exercises that fuel both mind and body. Let’s get those endorphins flowing.

Can’t make it to the studio? No problem. Your trainer will hook you up with at-home routines that work just as hard, so you never have to miss a workout.
