At Artisan PT, we only do one-to-one training, so our studios are your private sanctuary to work, play and push harder than before. No distractions, no interruptions and no queuing for equipment - and we ensure our studio is cleaned between each session, and have the right equipment laid out ready for you!
No worries! Head to our Train Away programme, which brings Artisan PT to life at home with a monthly personalised fitness plan that can be slotted into your busy schedule. You will need to visit the studio for your initial and monthly consultations though.
During your consultations, you will be taught all the exercises that you’ll be crushing over the next month. The Train Away app is also packed with exercise videos for your routines.
Since you’ll be ticking off your goals as you go on the Train Away app, we will be able to monitor your progress. We can then give you feedback to enhance your training even further. We also track what you eat with the quick-to-update food diary.
We predominantly focus on free weight training, so you will find squat racks with pull up bars, other bars including Olympic, hex, safety squat and tricep, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, resistance bands, plyo box, pulley/cables, Bosu, parallettes, gymnastic rings and TRX.
We recommend bringing a water bottle (we have a machine to refill) and a sweat towel.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, so we have time in-between each client to get the studio clean and ready for them.
We currently have facilities in the original Wolverhampton studio, however this is not available in Birmingham so you will need to shower and change at home.

Yes! We welcome people of all abilities with varying fitness goals. We will guide you through exercises to get you going and that suit your current level.
Wear anything that is comfortable, safe and doesn’t restrict movement.
Since this is a completely personalised service, we can design a plan that fits around your lifestyle, whether you want to train twice a week, three to four times a week or everyday.
Everyone is different, and it depends on what goals you have set for the programme. We always aim to reach your targets within the quickest time possible, in a realistic and achievable way.
We charge £40 per session with us.
If you are injured or will be away short-term (on holiday, for example) then we will be able to temporarily hold your programme, but if you are looking to pause for longer, we cannot guarantee your slots will be available when you return.
There is free parking directly outside our Wolverhampton studio, and plenty of street parking locally. You will need to use the pay and display car park when visiting us in Birmingham.
